This session will be tailored to each child based on the parent's preferred focus. Strategies taught include the following themes (Innovatively tailored through age-appropriate guidance): -Mindfulness -Neuro Linguistic Practices (Healthy vs. unhealthy thoughts, boundaries, etc.) -Mudras -Crystal Energy Benefits -Meditation -Aromatherapy -Social Empowerment -Confidence -Journaling/Reflection -Discernment vs. Judgement -Sound Healing -Vibrational Healing (Tuning Forks)
